After we've decided to work together, we'll dive into who you are, your brand's purpose, and your project goals. This is also a preparatory phase where I'll collect existing content such as images, website copy, etc.

The Teak and Ink Retainer Program includes a 12, 6, or 3 month agreement between your business and Teak & Ink Design Co. This allows you to contract me for as little as 10 hours of service per month so that you can focus elsewhere.

To get started, we typically require 25% of the project cost as a deposit. The remaining balance can be broken into 4 biweekly payments, and we’re happy to customize the schedule if you prefer monthly, weekly, or another arrangement. Please note that final deliverables will be provided once the full balance is paid.
You’ll be actively involved in key decisions, from strategy and design direction to approvals. We guide the process, but your input ensures the final work truly reflects your brand.
All web design projects include post-launch training to ensure that you are comfortable with making any necessary edits to your new website on your own. Additionally, we offer retainer services for ongoing support. We make sure you have options to keep your brand looking sharp long-term.
